This Privacy Policy explains how the Masdar Dome by ISM mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. The App lets you book football pitch time slots at The Dome, Masdar City (Abu Dhabi), operated in partnership with ISM Sports.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (the password is stored in encrypted/hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text).
• Booking information: the pitch format you choose (5v5 / 7v7 / 11v11), date, start time and duration of your reservations.
• Optional profile information: a display name, if you provide one.
• Notification token: a device push-notification identifier, used only to send you booking confirmations and reminders.

The App does not currently process in-app payments; bookings are settled on site. We do not collect payment card details in the App.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To process, assign, and manage your pitch reservations.
• To send you booking confirmations and reminders before your session.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

How your information is stored and shared

Your data is stored on our backend infrastructure provided by Supabase (database and authentication), which acts as our data processor. Access is restricted through row-level security so that you can only access your own data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We only share data where required to operate the service (e.g. our hosting provider) or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected by access controls on our backend. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
